MINI BRIGHT RAYS 2016.
Celebrating the rise of young entrepreneurs, MINI Australia is launching its BRIGHT RAYS Campaign, a competition designed to offer young entrepreneurs and creatives the chance to leave the 9-5 and live out their business dreams.
A socially-led campaign, entrants will be required to fill out a short form, explaining what they would do with the $29,000 Bright Rays Grant on the MINI Australia website. Six finalists, chosen by MINI Australia, will create a short video and be flown to an exclusive event in Melbourne on Wednesday 9th November, 2016. On the night the finalists will be introduced to industry leaders, where one winner will receive a $29K business grant, a MINI Ray for 12 months and a mentoring session with an established creative entrepreneur.

On board to inspire millennials to enter the competition are four leading Australian creative entrepreneurs. Each mentor was hand-picked by MINI Australia, recognised not only as leaders in their artistry, but in business too. This esteemed line-up includes the design duo Koskela, the fashion entrepreneur Mel Tan from Joy Hysteric, cake queen Katherine Sabbath, and artist and accessories brand Tiff Manuell. Throughout the campaign these pioneers of their industries will share what BRIGHT RAYS means to them, the importance of young ideas and an exclusive insight into their business.
MINI Australia is passionate about supporting and nurturing young creatives and entrepreneurs that thrive off innovation, a philosophy that will ultimately influence future MINI inventors.
Entries open on 19th September with submissions accepted until the 16th October, 2016.
